Manual Flight Logging
Logging your flights manually is fast and intuitive, thanks to a flexible and easy-to-use logging form with multiple options to customize it according to your flight operations.
๐ก Tip: Always consult your national aviation authority or flight school for local rules and interpretations, especially when converting or validating licences.
Other flight logging options:
ADS-B import โ Import your flight directly from supported ADS-B sources.
Airline scheduling import โ Import files from your company scheduling system.
Flight recording โ Record flights on the go directly from your phone.
Your most recent departure, arrival, and aircraft are pre-filled automatically for quick entry.
Logging
Tap the + button on the main screen to open the flight form.
Enter the date, location, and block time.
Select the aircraft or simulator from your database.
Night time is calculated automatically based on your block entries.
Customization
Under the โ๏ธ Options tab, select and enable additional fields relevant to your flight operations, such as:
Flight Time logging
Takeoff
Duty Time
Flight number
Additional airport (touch-and-go)
Labels - to classify flights by aircraft, weather, training purpose, or any other criteria
Personal remark
Shortcut to import flights from ADS-B network
Custom fields - allow you to track parameters such as fuel consumption, number of passengers, or any other operational details important to you. More information is available in a separate article on how to create these fields.
Multi-Pilot Flights
When a multi-pilot aircraft is selected, the PF/PM toggle appears automatically:
Set your role as Pilot Flying (PF) or Pilot Monitoring (PM)
The app automatically assigns the correct number of takeoffs and landings and updates your totals with PF/PM labels

Additional Fields
Digital signature โ Have your instructor or captain sign directly on your phone or tablet.
Setup fee โ Record expenses such as airport fees, fuel, hotel, or taxi.
Passengers โ Add passengers from your contact list.
Files โ Attach documents such as GPX/KML tracks, invoices, or other files.
๐ก Tip: You can adjust any entered values later using the Adjust values function.
Logging Duty Time
Duty time represents the total time a crew member is on duty, from reporting until release.
Note: Duty time is usually not part of a standard pilot logbook, but it is relevant for duty and rest rules as well as fatigue management.
To log duty time:
Enable Duty Time in App Settings.
Mobile app: Tap the + button on the main screen in the mobile app. Web app: Go to Flights, click the + button, select Duty. -> Fill in the form.
