Every new account includes a free trial. This gives you the opportunity to explore the platform and understand how it works before deciding on a subscription. You don't need to enter credit card details to start the trial. The trial ends when you reach certain usage limits or after 12 months from the date your account was created, whichever comes first.
Trial Limitations
Manual flight logging is limited to 20 entries
Imported flights are not limited
You can also combine both methods. However, the total number of logged entries cannot exceed 20 records
Recommended Trial Approach
To get the most value from your trial, we recommend starting with setting up your account. Configure your aviation authority, role, and licence details to match your specific regulatory requirements.
Next, add a few manual flight entries. This will help you understand how logging works, explore all available fields in the logging form, and see how your data is structured.
After that, you can explore different import options based on how you plan to use the platform. You can delete your data at any time during the trial, so you can safely test different approaches without reaching the trial limit.
Import data from your airline or crew management system
Transfer data from another electronic logbook
Upload bulk data using CSV or Excel files
For detailed instructions on each import method, please refer to the corresponding user guide articles.
If you encounter any issues, we’re here to help and will guide you through the process. If capacity allows, we may also assist with importing your data on your behalf. Please contact our support team at support@flylog.io.
Trial Duration
The free trial is available for up to 12 months from the date your account is created. If you do not activate a paid subscription within this period, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
