Every new account includes a free trial, giving you the opportunity to explore the platform and see how it works before deciding on a subscription.
You don't need to enter credit card details to start the trial. The trial ends when you reach certain usage limits or after 12 months from the date your account was created, whichever comes first. After that, a subscription is required to continue using your account.
Trial Limitations
Manual flight logging is limited to 20 entries
Imported flights are not limited
You can combine both methods; however, the total number of logged entries cannot exceed 20 records
You can delete existing flights and upload new ones as many times as needed during the trial period
Recommended Trial Approach
Step 1: Set Up Your Account
Start by configuring your account settings, including your aviation authority, role, and licence details, to match your specific regulatory requirements.
Step 2: Add a Few Manual Flight Entries
Create several manual flight entries to understand how logging works, explore the available fields in the logging form, and see how your data is structured within the platform. You can also test ADS-B flight import to experience how fast and convenient flight logging can be.
Step 3: Explore Import Options
Once you are familiar with the basics, explore the available import options based on how you plan to transfer your data to the platform. During the trial period, you can delete your data and re-import it at any time, allowing you to safely test different approaches without concern about the trial limit. Available import options include:
Importing data from your airline or crew management system
Transferring data from another electronic logbook
Uploading bulk data using CSV or Excel files
💡Note: In most cases, the import engine is designed to read and convert data from CSV, Excel, and .TXT files. Please always check the required data format for each import, it is displayed on the import screen after selecting the source from the list.

Trial Duration
The free trial is available for up to 12 months from the date your account is created. If you do not activate a paid subscription within this period, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
