The fastest way to create your account is by signing in with your Google or Apple account. This allows you to access FLYLOG.io without needing to remember an additional password.

💡 Tip: When creating an account using your Apple ID, we recommend avoiding the “Hide My Email” option. This feature generates a random email address, which may later make it difficult to access or identify your account.

Once your account is created, your free trial starts automatically, giving you the opportunity to set up your account, import data, test manual flight logging, and access most of the platform’s features.

Your FLYLOG.io account works seamlessly across iOS, Android, and the web. All your data is automatically synchronized, allowing you to switch between devices at any time. To access the same account, always use the same login method and credentials you selected during registration.

⚠️ Important

Each email address is linked to a single account. If you sign in using a different email address or a different login method (Google, Apple, or email), a new account will be created. This may cause your original account to appear empty.

Make sure you remember which email address you used to create your account and that you have access to that inbox. You can find the email associated with your account and subscription in the User section, displayed just below your name. This information is also important when contacting the support team.
