Sometimes you may need to import custom files, legacy logbooks, or data from unsupported systems. These requests are not included in the standard subscription and require significant manual work from our team.

To make this service available in a sustainable way, we offer a Custom Import Service for a one-time fee of €99 / $99.

👉 Before requesting a custom import, please let us know which system the data was extracted from. The file must be provided in CSV, TXT, or Excel format.
