Custom & Legacy Data Imports

Sometimes you may need to import custom files, legacy logbooks, or data from unsupported systems. These requests are not included in the standard subscription and require manual work from our team.

To make this service available in a sustainable way, we offer a Custom Import Service for a one-time fee of €99 / $99. Payment for such service is processed separately via a secure Stripe payment link.

👉 To request a custom import, please send us an email to support@flylog.io and let us know which system the data was extracted from. The file must be provided in CSV, TXT, or Excel format. Importing your data typically takes a few days, depending on our team's capacity.
