Do you bill in local currencies?
Currently, we only offer billing in EUR.
If you want to pay in a local currency, use in-app payment in mobile app via Google Play or Apple Store.
Will I be charged when my free trial is up?
No. We don’t ask for a credit card to try FlyLog, so we can’t charge you until you decide you want to become a customer. 100% in your hands, no surprises.
Can I pay yearly? And what payment methods?
We only offer monthly billing, which can be actually seen as a benefit. It happens that you don't fly the whole year, so you pay as you fly based on your own needs. We require a credit card for payment — no invoices, no checks, no cryptocurrency.
Do you offer a discount?
If there is a discount, it means the product is overpriced. We believe that our application offers value for your money and it will be also unfair to other customers if we make an exception.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription any time.
Do I lose my data if I cancel?
If you’re on trial, you can download your data and take them with you before your trial period ends. If you’re a paying customer at the time of cancellation, we will keep your data for a year before we delete them. That means you can return to your account as you left it anytime in 12 months.
Why is the Free version not available anymore?
"FREE" application doesn't exist - you pay by giving up your privacy and valuable personal data or someone else is paying for you. That’s expensive, or not fair.
In fact, the FlyLog was never free. It was our investment. We devoted our time and money to the development of the application. We know there are “free” alternatives. But free without a sustainable business model is risky and can’t provide long-term value and good service.
Why is the in-app subscription price higher than in the web application?
Well, it's simple. Both Apple and Google charge a 30% fee from each payment. For this reason, we are also forced to increase the subscription price accordingly. That's why we recommend to subscribe directly in the web application. Don't worry - features will be available on all your devices.
