This is the fastest way to bring your past flight experience into your new account, especially when transitioning from a paper logbook or working with data in formats not supported for import (such as PDF).

• Mobile App: Tap your profile picture (top left) and scroll down to the Opening Totals tab.

• Web App: From the left-side menu, select Import, then on the options screen choose Opening Totals.

To get started, enter your current flight hours in the “Opening Totals” section to set your baseline. From there, simply continue by logging all new flights going forward. Before filling in the fields, select your Aviation Authority from the top bar menu.

💡Tip: If you prefer a complete digital record from the beginning, you can manually enter your past flight experience. Aircraft Opening Totals

To add aircraft type totals, scroll down in the form to "Aircraft type totals" and select the aircraft from the database. If you are using FLYLOG on a tablet, we recommend switching to landscape mode for the best experience.
