Paper Logbook Scanner
Simply upload photos or scans of your paper logbook pages, and our Pilot Logbook Scanner will automatically extract and digitize your flight records. This can significantly reduce the time required to transfer historical flight data into your digital logbook.
After the scan is completed, you can review, verify, and edit the imported records before adding them to your account.
Opening Totals
If you do not need a complete digital history, you can use Opening Totals to carry over your lifetime block hours, landings, simulator time, and other cumulative values as a starting point before logging new flights in FLYLOG.io.

General Import Requirements
Always review the specific requirements shown on the import screen after selecting your import source. In most cases, the import engine supports:
CSV files
Excel files (.XLSX)
Text files (.TXT)
⚠️ Important: PDF files are generally not suitable for automated processing and cannot be reliably imported using standard import methods. If your flight records are only available in PDF format, we recommend using the Pilot Logbook Scanner (for scanned logbook pages) or contacting our support team for guidance.
