Import Options
Switching from Paper Logbook? Use Opening Totals to carry over your lifetime block hours, landings, and simulator time as a baseline before logging new flights. Or log you flight records manually for the full flight history.
Airline & Crew Sync: Our platform supports import for 150+ crew scheduling and airline systems worldwide. Upload your data from AIMS eCrew, NetLine, Crew Connex, and many others, or import schedules directly from your airline’s management system.
Moving from another eLogbook App? Transition effortlessly with support for migrations from LogTen Pro, ForeFlight, Garmin Pilot, MCC PilotLog, SafeLog, MyFlightBook, and many others.
Custom Bulk Imports: Do you have your flight data in an Excel or CSV file that doesn’t match any of the predefined options, such as Airline Import or eLogbook Migration? You can easily upload your entire flight history using one of the following approaches:
Use our standardized CSV template – Copy your records into the template to ensure a smooth and accurate import.
Use your own file – You can upload your existing file, as long as it includes the required columns. During the import process, you can map your columns to match our system.
💡 Tip: Using our CSV template is recommended for the most reliable results, especially for larger datasets.
General Import Requirements
In most cases, the import engine is designed to read and convert data from CSV, Excel, and .TXT files. Please always check the required data format for each import, it is displayed on the import screen after selecting the source from the list.
⚠️ Important: PDF files are generally not suitable for automated processing and cannot be reliably imported. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us for guidance.
