Essentials
Time Zone: Choose how flight times are displayed:
UTC (Coordinated Universal Time): Standard aviation reference
Local Time Zone: Based on your location or the flight event
Crew Code: Add your airline crew code if you import data from crew scheduling systems.
Default Role: Select your default flight role (e.g. PIC, SIC, Instructor).
Duration Format: Choose how flight duration is displayed: Standard: 1:30; Decimal: 1.5
Currency: Set your default currency for financial values displayed in the app.
Aviation Career
Enable Online CV to create a shareable, public overview of your flight experience. A direct link will appear in your profile and can be shared with recruiters, employers, or flying clubs. Viewers can access your licenses, qualifications, and flight history directly in the app.
⚠️ Important: If you prefer to keep your profile private, disable Online CV in Settings. Your profile will remain visible in the pilot directory, but all details will stay locked.
Compliance
Lock past flight records to prevent future changes and maintain compliance with aviation authority requirements.

Optional Fields
Duty Time: Enable this optional fieldif you want to track pilot duty time (recommended for airline pilots).
Custom Data Fields: Add custom fields to track additional data such as fuel consumption, passenger counts, or other parameters important to you. For setup details, see the Custom Fields section of the user manual.
