Starting with Free TRIAL
During the free trial, you can import your legacy flight data and log up to 20 flights. This allows you to transfer your existing records into FLYLOG.io and explore the key features before choosing a subscription. Once you reach this limit, a paid plan is required to continue.
The free trial is also limited to 12 months. If you do not activate a paid subscription within this period, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Creating Account
The fastest way is to use your Google or Apple account — so you don’t need to remember another password. You can also sign up with your email address if you prefer. Your FLYLOG.io account works across all platforms (iOS, Android, and web).
⚠️ Please note: Always log in with the same method or email address you used when creating your account to ensure access to your data.
The email address associated with your account and your subscription is displayed in the user section just below your name.

Subscription Plans
Selecting a subscription method and plan
Direct Subscription (web): This option ensures the best pricing and is managed directly by FLYLOG.io. Go to User → Choose a Subscription → Select your preferred plan and billing mode→ you will be redirected to our secure payment portal.
In-App Subscription: Available through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Billing for these subscriptions is handled directly by the respective store, not by FLYLOG.io.

⚠️ Your active subscription provides full access to your account across all platforms (iOS, Android, and web). To prevent duplicate charges, please avoid creating a second subscription. For instance, if you purchase a direct subscription, you won't need an in-app subscription to access the mobile app, and the same applies in reverse.
Changing a subscription plan
You can change your direct subscription plan at any time following the rules outlined below. To do so, go to User → Your Plan → Manage → Change Plan, and you will be redirected to our secure payment portal.
Upgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately, and you are charged the proportional difference for the remaining billing period.
Downgrades
Downgrades are possible under the following conditions:
Switching to a cheaper plan: The change will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Switching to a shorter billing interval (e.g., annual → monthly): The update can be made only after the current billing period ends.
These rules ensure accurate billing and a smooth transition between plan types.
How to cancel your subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your direct subscription, o to User → Your Plan → Manage → Cancel subscription. After cancellation, your account will remain accessible until the end of the current billing period.
Apple App Store (iOS) Subscription
To cancel the iOS in-app subscription, navigate to your Apple AppStore -> Subscriptions.

⚠️ Your data will be retained for 12 months following cancellation; after this period, it will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscription time. To ensure everyone can explore our platform before committing, every new account includes a free trial. Once a subscription is activated, access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
