Trial & Subscription

Starting with Free TRIAL

Every new account starts with a free trial. During the trial, you can import an unlimited number of flights from your existing records and manually log up to 20 flights (or combine both methods, with a maximum of 20 manually created flight records).

You may also delete your entries and start again at any time during the trial. This allows you to test different import methods, explore the logging form, and fully evaluate key features before choosing a subscription plan.

Once you reach the limit of 20 manually logged flights, a paid subscription is required to continue adding new records.

The free trial remains available for up to 12 months. If a paid subscription is not activated within this period, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Selecting a Subscription Method and Plan

Direct Subscription (web): This option ensures the best pricing and is managed directly by FLYLOG.io. Go to User → Choose a Subscription → Select your preferred plan and billing mode→ you will be redirected to our secure payment portal.

💡 Note: Your subscription will be billed according to the selected billing cycle (multi-month or multi-year) and will automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled by you before the renewal date. The final price is calculated at checkout and includes VAT where applicable, based on your country of residence.

In-App Subscription: Available through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Billing for these subscriptions is handled directly by the respective store, not by FLYLOG.io.

⚠️ Your active subscription provides full access to your account across all platforms (iOS, Android, and web). To prevent duplicate charges, please avoid creating a second subscription. For instance, if you purchase a direct subscription, you won't need an in-app subscription to access the mobile app, and the same applies in reverse.

Changing a Subscription Plan

You can change your DIRECT subscription plan by following the rules below.
Go to User → Your Plan → Manage → Change Plan, and you will be redirected to our secure payment portal.

Upgrading Your Plan

Upgrades within the same plan (e.g. BASIC → PREMIUM or monthly → annual):

  • The upgrade takes effect immediately.

  • You are charged a pro-rated amount for the remaining billing period.

⚠️ Important: If you have an annual BASIC plan and want to try PREMIUM for one month, please wait until your annual subscription ends. If you upgrade before it expires, the system will convert your plan to a new recurring subscription. Cancelling it later may result in your subscription being fully cancelled. To avoid this, make the change only after the annual period finishes.

Downgrading Your Plan

All downgrades, whether switching to a cheaper plan or moving from an annual to a monthly billing interval, follow the same rule:

  • The change takes effect only after your current billing period ends.

  • Your existing subscription remains active until the end of the current term.

In-App Subscriptions (Apple App Store & Google Play)

For subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play, proportional upgrades are not supported. Any plan change follows the rules defined by Apple or Google and may require the current billing period to end before the new plan takes effect.

⚠️Important: If you are unsure how a specific change will affect your subscription, we recommend contacting support before confirming the update.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your direct subscription, o to User → Your Plan → Manage → Cancel subscription. After cancellation, your account will remain accessible until the end of the current billing period.

Apple App Store (iOS) Subscription
To cancel the iOS in-app subscription, navigate to your Apple AppStore -> Subscriptions.

⚠️ Your data will be retained for 12 months following cancellation; after this period, it will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscription time. To ensure everyone can explore our platform before committing, every new account includes a free trial. Once a subscription is activated, access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
