Creating Account

The quickest way to create an account is by signing in with your Google or Apple account — no additional password required. If you prefer, you can also register using your email address. Your FLYLOG.io account works seamlessly across iOS, Android, and web.

⚠️ Important: Always log in using the same method (Google, Apple, or email) and the same email address you used during registration. Each email address is linked to one account, and using a different login method may create a new account.

The email address associated with your account and your subscription is displayed in the user section just below your name.

Starting with Free TRIAL

During the free trial, you can import an unlimited number of flights from your existing records or manually log up to 20 flights. This allows you to fully transfer your legacy data, test the logging form, and explore the key features before choosing a subscription. Once you reach the 20 manually logged flights limit, a paid plan is required to continue logging.

The free trial is also limited to 12 months. If you do not activate a paid subscription within this period, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Selecting a Subscription Method and Plan

Direct Subscription (web): This option ensures the best pricing and is managed directly by FLYLOG.io. Go to User → Choose a Subscription → Select your preferred plan and billing mode→ you will be redirected to our secure payment portal.

In-App Subscription: Available through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Billing for these subscriptions is handled directly by the respective store, not by FLYLOG.io.

⚠️ Your active subscription provides full access to your account across all platforms (iOS, Android, and web). To prevent duplicate charges, please avoid creating a second subscription. For instance, if you purchase a direct subscription, you won't need an in-app subscription to access the mobile app, and the same applies in reverse.

Changing a Subscription Plan

You can change your DIRECT subscription plan at any time by following the rules below.
Go to User → Your Plan → Manage → Change Plan, and you will be redirected to our secure payment portal.

Upgrades:

• Upgrades take effect immediately.

• You are charged a proportional amount for the remaining billing period.

Downgrades:

Downgrades are possible under the following conditions:

• Switching to a cheaper plan:
  The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

• Switching to a shorter billing interval (e.g. annual → monthly):
  The update can be made only after the current billing period ends.

In-App Subscriptions (Apple App Store & Google Play)

For subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play, proportional upgrades are not supported. Any plan change follows the rules defined by Apple or Google and may require the current billing period to end before the new plan takes effect.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your direct subscription, o to User → Your Plan → Manage → Cancel subscription. After cancellation, your account will remain accessible until the end of the current billing period.

Apple App Store (iOS) Subscription
To cancel the iOS in-app subscription, navigate to your Apple AppStore -> Subscriptions.

⚠️ Your data will be retained for 12 months following cancellation; after this period, it will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscription time. To ensure everyone can explore our platform before committing, every new account includes a free trial. Once a subscription is activated, access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
