Subscription

FLYLOG.io offers two subscription methods: Direct Subscription (web) and In-App Subscription (Apple App Store / Google Play). Both provide full access across iOS, Android, and web, but they differ in how they are managed.

Direct Subscription

This option offers the best pricing, and is fully managed by FLYLOG.io. The final price is calculated at checkout and includes VAT where applicable, based on your country of residence.

To activate a direct subscription, go to User → Choose a Subscription → Select your preferred plan → you will be redirected to our secure payment portal.

💡 Tip: We recommend activating a direct subscription in the web app: https://app.flylog.io/login (via a desktop or mobile browser) to avoid being redirected to the App Store or Google Play.

  • Purchased via your Apple or Google account through the App Store or Google Play

  • Managed in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings

  • Billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google, not by FLYLOG.io

  • Price may be higher due to app store fees

⚠️ One subscription is enough
Your active subscription provides full access across all platforms (iOS, Android, and web). You only need one active subscription. To prevent duplicate charges, avoid creating a second subscription. For example, if you purchase a direct subscription, you do not need an in-app subscription to access the mobile app, and vice versa.

⚠️ Subscriptions cannot be converted
Direct and in-app subscriptions cannot be switched or merged. To change your subscription type, you must cancel your current subscription and start a new one after the billing period ends.

Direct Subscription Plan Changes

To make any changes to your direct subscription, go to User → Your Plan → Manage, and you will be redirected to our secure payment portal.

Upgrading

You can upgrade your subscription by switching to a higher plan, for example from a BASIC annual plan to a PREMIUM annual plan. The upgrade takes effect immediately, and you will be charged a proportional amount based on the remaining time in your current billing period.

⚠️ Important: If you are on an annual BASIC plan and want to try PREMIUM for a short period (e.g. one month), please note how the upgrade works.

Once you upgrade, your current BASIC annual subscription will be cancelled. The unused portion of your BASIC plan will be converted into credit and applied toward the PREMIUM plan. Any remaining credit will stay on your account for future payments.

To continue using the service after this period, you will need to subscribe again to your preferred plan (for example, the BASIC annual plan). You can use any remaining credit toward that payment.

To avoid unintended changes to your subscription, we recommend making this switch after your annual period has ended. If you are unsure, please contact us in advance at our support email address.

Downgrading

All downgrades, whether switching to a cheaper plan or moving from an annual to a monthly billing interval, take effect only after your current billing period ends. Your existing subscription remains active until the end of the current term.

Cancelling

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your account will remain accessible until the end of the current billing period.

In-App Subscription (Apple App Store & Google Play) Plan Changes

If you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must make all changes to your subscription directly through the respective store. FLYLOG.io does not have control over in-app subscriptions, and all billing changes must be managed via Apple or Google.

  • Plan changes follow the rules defined by Apple or Google

  • Proportional upgrades may not be supported

  • Changes may take effect only after the current billing period ends

⚠️ Important: If you are unsure how a specific change will affect your subscription, we recommend contacting support before confirming the update.

⚠️ After cancelation of any plan or type subscription, Your data will be retained for 12 months following cancellation. After this period, it will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscription time. To ensure you can explore the platform before committing, every new account includes a free trial. Once a subscription is activated, access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
