How does the trial work?
Every new account starts with a free trial. You can log up to 20 flights for free (no credit card required), and imports are unlimited, so you can bring all past flights and test all features on web, iOS, and Android before subscribing.

How does the subscription work?
You can subscribe directly on our website for the best pricing or through the App Store and Google Play if you prefer in-app billing. One active subscription gives you access across all platforms. To keep your data linked, always log in with the same method or email.

Do subscriptions auto-renew?
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel in advance. To avoid renewal, please cancel before the next billing date.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrades take effect immediately. For annual plans we adjust the price based on remaining value; for monthly plans the full rate of the higher plan applies. To downgrade, you need to cancel your current plan and re-subscribe once it expires.

How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed directly via our website, go to your account, select Your Plan, click Manage, and cancel. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancellation must be done directly there. After canceling, you will keep access until the end of your billing cycle

Can I get a refund?
We don’t provide refunds or credits for partial or unused subscription periods. That’s why every account begins with a free trial, so you can explore FLYLOG before subscribing. Once a subscription is active, you keep access until the end of your billing cycle. In rare cases, we may grant a goodwill refund as an exception, always in line with our Terms & Conditions.

What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment cannot be processed, we will retry and notify you. If the issue is not resolved, your subscription will be stopped and your account restricted to basic profile access only (settings and past payments).
Your flight data and logbook remain securely stored, but access is suspended until the subscription is renewed.

What happens to my data after cancellation?
When you cancel your subscription, your account is restricted to basic profile access only.
Your logbook data is securely stored for 12 months, but it cannot be viewed or used unless you reactivate your subscription. After this period, accounts without renewal are permanently deleted.

What payment methods do you accept?
For direct subscriptions we accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. In-app subscriptions are billed directly by Apple or Google. All payments are processed securely through trusted providers.

How are taxes / VAT handled?
Prices are displayed in EUR or USD. Applicable taxes, such as VAT or sales tax, are added at checkout based on your location.

Do you offer discounts?
No. We don’t offer discounts or promotions. Our pricing is kept simple and transparent for all users.

Do you offer a referral program?
Yes. Invite a friend and you both get two free months when they subscribe with your code. Valid for direct subscriptions only. Read more in our Referral Program guide.

Why is no free version available?
We don’t offer a free version with hidden costs or limits. Instead, we provide a full-featured trial so you can explore FLYLOG before subscribing. Our transparent pricing ensures long-term quality and sustainability.
