How does the trial work?

Every new account starts with a free trial. You can import your past flights without limitation and log up to 20 flights for free, with no credit card required. This gives you full access to test the features on the web app, iOS, and Android before subscribing. The free trial is also limited to 12 months. After reaching either limit (20 flights or 12 months), you can continue only with an active subscription plan. For more details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

How can I subscribe?

You can subscribe directly on our website for the best pricing, or through the App Store and Google Play if you prefer in-app billing. One active subscription gives you access across all platforms. To keep your data linked, always log in with the same method or email.

Do subscriptions auto-renew?

Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel in advance. To avoid renewal, please cancel before the next billing date.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Upgrades take effect immediately. For annual plans, we adjust the price based on the remaining value; for monthly plans, the full rate of the higher plan applies. To downgrade, you need to cancel your current plan and re-subscribe once it expires.

What payment methods do you accept?

For direct subscriptions we accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. In-app subscriptions are billed directly by Apple or Google. All payments are processed securely through our trusted provider Stripe.

How are taxes / VAT handled?

Prices are displayed in EUR or USD. Applicable taxes, such as VAT or sales tax, are added at checkout based on your location. If you are a VAT payer, make sure to enter your VAT number in your account to ensure correct invoicing.

Do you offer discounts?

No. We don’t offer discounts or promotions. Our pricing is kept simple and transparent for all users.

Do you offer a referral program?

Yes. For every friend who subscribes with your referral code, you and your friend each receive a €20 / $20 credit (according to your billing currency). Your credit is automatically applied to your future subscription payments, and your friend’s credit is applied to their first subscription payment.
The referral program is valid only for direct subscriptions purchased on the FLYLOG.io website (not via the App Store or Google Play).

Why is no free version available?

We don’t offer a free version with hidden costs or limits. Instead, we provide a full-featured trial so you can explore FLYLOG.io before subscribing. Our transparent pricing ensures long-term quality and sustainability.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed directly via our website, go to your account, select Your Plan -> Manage -> Cancel. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancellation must be done directly there. After canceling, you will keep access until the end of your billing cycle.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment cannot be processed, we will notify you by email. Your subscription will be stopped and your account access will be fully restricted. Your flight data and logbook remain securely stored according to our Terms & Conditions.

Can I get a refund?

We don’t provide refunds or credits for partial or unused subscription periods. That’s why every account begins with a free trial, so you can explore FLYLOG.io before subscribing. Once a subscription is active, you keep access until the end of your billing cycle. In rare cases, we may grant a goodwill refund as an exception, always in line with our Terms & Conditions.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

When you cancel your subscription, your account is fully restricted. Your logbook data is securely stored for twelve (12) months, but it cannot be viewed or used unless you reactivate your subscription. After this period, accounts without renewal are permanently deleted in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

What happens if I never subscribe after the free trial?

If you don’t activate a paid subscription within 12 months, your free trial will expire. Your account and all associated data will then be scheduled for deletion in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
