Total & Limits

The Totals & Limits section provides a comprehensive overview of your flight data and helps you track various metrics against defined limits. It allows you to monitor your flight activity, verify compliance with authority requirements, and identify any discrepancies in logged time.

What You Can Track

Review total flight hours and landings for the last 28 days, 90 days, or 12 months
Monitor recency (PAX, Night, IR) and ensure compliance with authority requirements.
To set up your IR (Instrument Rating) -> navigate to the Licence section -> select relevant Skill Rating and enter the required dates.
Track flight time limits such as 100 hours in 28 days or 1000 hours in 12 months
View function times (PIC, PICUS, Dual, Instructor, Simulator)
Display TAGs, custom data fields, aircraft types, and approaches logged in your account

If you operate both gliders and powered aircraft, we recommend maintaining separate accounts to ensure accurate tracking of flight hours and statistics.

💡Tip: The summary updates automatically as you log new flights. Review your Totals & Limits regularly to verify recency, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate records for inspections or license renewals.

How to Access

Mobile App: Tap Totals & Limits located just below your total block time on the main screen.
Web App: In the left navigation menu, select the Totals tab.
