Export Logbook
Generate regulatory-compliant PDF reports that meet professional aviation standards and are accepted by authorities worldwide. FLYLOG.io supports major regulators including EASA, FAA, and many others — the full list is available in the export options. You can also download your data as Excel or CSV, or create a polished Pilot CV for job applications.
Mobile App: Tap your profile picture in the top-left corner and scroll down to Export & Print.
Web App: In the left-hand menu, open the Export & Print tab.
Choose your aviation authority, select the desired format, and customise the report using the available advanced options (see details below).
⚠️ PDF exports on each page can be signed with a signature, which can be switched off if required prior to export in advanced customization. For information on how to set up your signature, please refer to the Digital Signature guide.
Page break allows you to manually insert a new page within a document, ensuring that content after the break starts on a fresh page when exported. This is useful for organizing logbook exports, separating sections, or matching digital layouts to physical printouts.
Advanced customization options allow users to configure log exports by enabling/disabling page numbering, specifying the time zone, disabling signature and selecting aircraft type format.
