Export Logbook
Easily generate regulatory-compliant PDF reports that meet professional standards and are accepted by aviation authorities worldwide. FLYLOG.io fully complies with major authorities such as EASA, FAA, and many others—a complete list is available in the export options. You can also download your data as an Excel or CSV file.
Mobile App: Tap your profile picture (top left), scroll down to the Export & Print tab.
Web App: From the left-side menu, select Export & Print tab.
Select your preferred format and adjust it with the advanced customization options (see details below).
⚠️ PDF exports on each page can be signed with a signature, which can be switched off if required prior to export in advanced customization. For information on how to set up your signature, please refer to the Digital Signature guide.
Page break allows you to manually insert a new page within a document, ensuring that content after the break starts on a fresh page when exported. This is useful for organizing logbook exports, separating sections, or matching digital layouts to physical printouts.
Advanced customization options allow users to configure log exports by enabling/disabling page numbering, specifying the time zone, disabling signature and selecting aircraft type format.
