Batch Operations
To edit multiple flight records at once, use the Batch Operations feature. It lets you add, update, or delete several entries simultaneously.
This function is available in the web app and in the mobile app, allowing you to manage your logbook from any device — anytime, anywhere.In the left-hand menu, go to Flights.
Web app
In the left-hand menu, go to Flights.
In the top-right corner, click the More options button (three dots) and select Batch Operations.
Select the flights you want to edit:
Use Select all to include all flights, or
Apply filters and manually select the specific flights you want to update.
Click Select batch operation at the top of the list.
From the dropdown menu, choose the desired action (e.g., Recalculate night time, Change role, Convert to ICAO codes, etc.).

Mobile app
Tap the […] menu in the top-left corner or the More button.
Select Batch Operations from the feature menu.
Decide whether to apply the action to all entries or use filters to narrow down the flights you want to edit.
Tap Select action and choose the operation you want to perform.
💡 Tip: Use filters to quickly target a specific date range, aircraft, or flight type before applying a batch action — this helps ensure only the intended entries are modified.
