Account Management
Your user profile is the hub for account management, giving you access to settings, personal details, payment options, and other key features.
Mobile App: Tap your profile picture (top left)
Web App: Click your profile picture (top right)
Account Management Options
Subscription Plan: Review your current subscription, upgrade or cancel at any time.
Referral Program: Share your referral code with friends and earn rewards when they sign up.
Personal Details: Update your name, email, and other personal information. You can also upload an image or create a custom avatar. Don’t forget to add your billing details if you want them to appear on your invoices.
App Settings: Configure your logbook preferences. Learn more in the separate article.
Appearance: Choose your app language and color theme.
Messages: Use the in-app chat to communicate efficiently with your contacts.
Transactions (Direct Subscription Only): View your past payment history for subscriptions and purchases, and download your receipts.
Payment Methods (Direct Subscription Only): Manage your saved payment details, such as credit cards.
Signature Setup: Create and manage your electronic signature.
Change Password: Update your password to enhance account security.
Feature Shortcuts: Quickly access tools to manage stored data—licenses, opening totals, imports, exports and more.
Data Backup: Regularly back up your flight entries.
Business Account Access/Activation: Switch to or activate a business account (if applicable) to unlock additional features for managing your aviation business.
Get Help: Access the help page, FAQs, or contact the support team.
Restore Purchases (Apple App Store users): Restore purchases made through the App Store.
Start Over: Delete all account data and begin fresh.
Permanently Delete Account: Close your FLYLOG account permanently.
