Import from your airline scheduling system
Record directly in the FLYLOG.io mobile app
⚠️ Note: Always consult your national aviation authority or flight school for local rules and interpretations, especially when converting or validating licenses.
Entering Flight Data Manually
Tap the plus button on the main screen to open the flight form and add your flight details.
Enter the date, location, and block time. To log flight time, enable this function in the app settings.
Select the aircraft or simulator from your database. Night time is automatically calculated based on the block entries.
For multi-pilot flights, use the PF/PM toggle in the flight form to specify your role as Pilot Flying (PF) or Pilot Monitoring (PM).
The feature activates automatically when a multi-pilot aircraft is selected.
Based on your flight time entries, the FLYLOG.io app automatically records the correct number of takeoffs and landings and assigns PF/PM tags to your totals.
💡 Tip: To ensure correct day/night takeoff and landing detection, make sure to enter your block times.

Logging Duty Time
Duty Time is the total time a flight crew member is on duty — from the time of reporting to the time of release.
(Note: This is not typically logged in a pilot's flight logbook but is important for duty/rest regulations and fatigue management.)
Enable the Duty Time option in the app settings.
Log duty time directly when creating a flight record in the form.
To log duty time only, tap the plus button, select Duty, and complete the duty form.
