My Flights

The My Flights section displays all flights you have completed or that are scheduled under your name.
It allows you to review your past and upcoming flights, check aircraft and instructor details, and verify recorded flight times and remarks.
You can also review payment calculation for flights that have already been billed by your organization, copy flights to your personal FLYLOG.io logbook, or download flight tracks from ADS-B.

Flights are automatically linked to your profile when created from a reservation or added by your organization’s Admin or Instructor.

Viewing Flight Details

• On mobile, open the My Flights tab from the bottom navigation menu. Tap on any flight to view its details.

• On web, access the My Flights section from the left sidebar navigation. Click a flight entry to expand and review its full details.

Upcoming and Past Flights

• Upcoming flights appear when a reservation has been confirmed but not yet completed.

• Past flights include all recorded flights that have already taken place.

Use the filter options to switch between these two views.

💡 Tip: For a summary of your logged hours and limits, open the Totals & Limits section in your personal pilot account.
