Sync with Pilot Logbook
FLYLOG.io was built as a connected ecosystem with two solutions — one for Pilots and one for Aviation Businesses — seamlessly linking business operations with personal pilot record-keeping. The synchronization feature allows users of a Business Account to copy flight records directly into their personal FLYLOG.io Pilot Logbook, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and saving valuable time.
Enable Sync with Pilot Logbook
Before synchronization can be used, you need to enable the FLYLOG.io for Pilots option in your account settings.
Mobile App
Tap your user image (top-left corner).
Enable FLYLOG.io for Pilots located under your user name.
Web App
Tap your user image (top-right corner).
Enable FLYLOG.io for Pilots located under your user name.
Once enabled, flight synchronization between FLYLOG.io for Business and your FLYLOG.io Pilot Logbook becomes available.
⚠️ Please note: If you are not subscribed to FLYLOG.io for Pilots, enabling synchronization will automatically create a trial account for you.

Copy Flights to Pilot Logbook
After a flight is completed, you can easily copy it from your organization’s Business Account to your personal Pilot Logbook.
Mobile App
Go to the My Flights section and select the flight you want to copy.
Open the flight details.
Scroll down and tap Copy to my Personal Logbook.
The flight will appear in your Pilot Logbook immediately after synchronization.

Web App
Go to the My Flights section and select the flight you want to copy.
Click the […] button and select Copy to my Personal Logbook.
