Account Overview
The Overview tab provides a complete summary of operational activity across the organization. Open the Admin section → Overview tab from the left menu.
On a clean, data-driven dashboard, it offers clear insights into how your fleet and resources are being utilized.
💡 Tip: Dashboard data updates automatically based on logged flights and confirmed reservations, ensuring that all displayed information reflects the most current activity.
Accessing the Dashboard
By default, the dashboard displays data from the last 28 days. You can refine the view using the Add Filter option at the top of the screen to focus on specific time periods or data sets.
⚠️ Displayed information may vary depending on your organization’s setup, data structure, and active integrations.
The dashboard provides a quick operational summary, highlighting key insights such as:
Pending reservations awaiting confirmation
Aircraft utilization and performance indicators
Recent flight activity across your fleet
Airport overview showing where your aircraft most frequently operate
Clients and crew overview — for clients, the dashboard automatically calculates total spending within the selected period and allows one-click invoice generation. For crew, you can review documents and data relevant for salary preparation.
We recommend using Tags for advanced analytics and reporting. Tagged data is automatically included in dashboard statistics, giving you deeper insights into specific activities or categories.
💡 Tip: Most dashboard elements — such as aircraft names, client profiles, or airports — are clickable, allowing quick access to detailed records.
