Data Backup

We strongly recommend that Admins regularly back up their company data — especially if you plan to cancel your Business Plan and close the account. You can easily download your contact list and flight records directly from the web app.

Flight Records Download

• Navigate to the Admin → Flights section.

• Click the […] button in the top-right menu.

• Select between CSV export or XLS export.

Contact List Download

• Navigate to the Admin → People section.

• Click the Download contact list button in the top menu.

• Choose whether to download all data or emails only.
