Subscription
FLYLOG.io for Business is available only as a monthly subscription plan — there are no one-time, annual, or lifetime plans. The subscription price is calculated based on the number of aircraft in your fleet. There are no setup fees or hidden costs, and your chosen payment method is charged at the start of each monthly billing cycle.
Plan and Fleet Size
Your monthly subscription depends on the number of aircraft registered in your Business account.
When you add or remove (archive) an aircraft, the change will be reflected in your next billing cycle.
There is no limit on the number of Admins or Users linked to your organization — billing is based only on the number of aircraft.
Activate Subscription
Log in as the Admin user using the same credentials or method you used when creating the company account.
Mobile App
Tap the profile icon (top left).
Scroll down to the section with your company’s name.
Tap Activate account.
Enter your payment details. The subscription price will be automatically calculated based on the number of aircraft added to your fleet.
Web App
Tap the profile icon (top right).
Scroll down to the section with your company’s name.
Click Activate account.
Enter your payment details. The subscription price will be automatically calculated based on the number of aircraft added to your fleet.
⚠️ Your login grants you access to FLYLOG.io for Business across all platforms (iOS, Android, and web). Just make sure to always use the same email connected to your account.
The email address associated with your account and subscription is displayed in the user section of the admin, just below the name.

Change Payment Method
To update the payment card for your subscription in the web app:
Log in as the Admin user.
Go to the Admin section of your account.
Scroll down to the "Payment Methods" section.
Add your new card details and set it as the default payment method.
Cancel Subscription
Business accounts cannot be temporarily paused. After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Your data will be retained for 30 days after expiry, after which it will be permanently deleted.
⚠️ Please make sure to download and save any information or documents you may need for future reference before your account is closed.
How to Cancel Your Subscription and Close Your Account
You must be the Account Administrator to cancel the subscription and close the account.
⚠️ Before cancelling, please ensure that no flights, reservations, or maintenance tasks are scheduled beyond your subscription expiry date. We also recommend notifying all your customers and anyone using your reservation system by email to avoid disruption.
Mobile App
Tap the profile icon (top left).
Scroll down to the section with your company’s name.
Open the [...] menu and select "Cancel subscription".
If you choose the option "Leave company", you will lose access to the business account.
Web App
Tap the profile icon (top right).
Scroll down to the section with your company’s name.
Open the [...] menu and select "Cancel subscription".
If you choose the option "Leave company", you will lose access to the business account.
