Fleet Management
Each aircraft in your Fleet has its own detailed Aircraft Profile, where all operational, maintenance, and compliance information is managed in one place.
It allows persons responsible for airworthiness management (e.g., CAMO) to track, plan, and record maintenance, store certificates, monitor counters, and review issue reports submitted by pilots or instructors.
The profile provides a clear overview of upcoming inspections, expiring documents, and maintenance intervals linked to counters such as TACH, HOBBS, and CYCLES, which are defined and configured during the aircraft setup.
💡 Only Admins can add or edit maintenance reminders.
All users can view active and planned maintenance items for each aircraft to ensure transparency and safe scheduling.
Accessing the Aircraft Profile
Open the Aircraft Profile to review all related information, including maintenance status, logged flights, issue reports, licences, counters, and available exports.
Web App:
In the Admin section, scroll down to Fleet.
Select the aircraft you want to review and open its profile by clicking on the aircraft card.
Mobile App:
Switch to Admin mode by tapping the Admin icon in the bottom menu.
Tap […] and select Fleet, or from the top menu, tap the Fleet icon directly.
(Some advanced maintenance features, such as adding reminders or uploading documents, are available only in the Web App.)
Creating Maintenance Reminders
Authorized persons can create, edit, or remove maintenance reminders.
These reminders are used to track inspections, document renewals, or service intervals.
To create a new reminder:
Click the plus (+) button and select Add maintenance reminder — this can be done either from the Maintenance tab or directly from the aircraft Overview page.
Select the type (hours, cycles, etc.) and enter the next due value or date.
Name the inspection type (e.g., Annual Inspection, 100h Inspection, etc.).
Click Save — the reminder will appear in the list and update automatically based on aircraft usage.
To edit or remove a reminder:
Select the reminder from the list and click Edit or Delete.

Creating Maintenance History
Under the Maintenance tab, authorized personnel (e.g., CAMO) can record completed maintenance actions, inspections, and service checks for each aircraft.
Each entry includes essential details such as the date, responsible CAMO, flight hours, and remarks, with the option to sign the record and attach related documents.
To create a record:
Click the plus (+) button and select Maintenance history — this can be done from the Maintenance tab.
Enter the required details such as date, flight hours, and CAMO information.
Optionally, add remarks, sign the record, or upload related files.
Click Save to store the record under the aircraft’s Maintenance History.
To edit or remove a record:
Select the record from the list and click Edit or Delete.

Counters and Automatic Updates
Maintenance reminders automatically sync with aircraft counters such as HOBBS, TACH, and CYCLES, which can be defined during the aircraft profile setup.
As pilots log flights and enter updated counter values, the system recalculates the remaining hours or time until the next due inspection — ensuring accurate, real-time tracking without the need for manual adjustments.
Issue Reporting
The issue reporting feature allows users to submit reports about any aircraft-related issues or irregularities noticed during operation.
Reports appear under the Safety tab in the aircraft profile and on the main aircraft overview screen as Reported Issues.
These reports help keep maintenance staff informed about technical or operational findings that may require attention.
Each entry shows the date, author, and a short description of the reported issue.
💡 Tip: Reported issues are for general awareness. Items requiring maintenance action should be logged in the Maintenance section.
Licences
The Licences tab allows you to store and monitor all aircraft-related certificates and operational documents — such as CoA, Insurance, and Radio Licence.
This helps ensure compliance and easy access to essential documentation for each aircraft.
Each record includes:
Licence name (e.g., CoA, Insurance, Radio)
Number/ID
Issue date and Expiration date
Remarks (optional notes or details)
Documents can also be uploaded directly to each record for reference or authority review.
💡 Tip: Regularly review and update licence expirations to avoid operating with expired documentation.
Exports
For each aircraft in your fleet, you can generate reports in standardized formats for documentation, authority submission, or internal use.
Available formats include:
ICAO Annex 6 (Part I) Journey Log
EASA MLR.110 Journey Log
EASA MLR.110 Journey/Tech Extended
Aircraft Technical Log – One Pager
CSV Export for data review or custom reporting
If you require a different export format, you can easily request it through the Contact us option at the bottom of the page.
💡 Tip: Using official export templates ensures that your aircraft records remain compliant with regulatory requirements.
