Getting Started

The Business Account of the organization that invited you to join, powered by FLYLOG.io, is available as both a web and mobile app. Your login gives you access to the same account across all platforms — iOS, Android, and web.💡Note: Always make sure to use the same email address linked to your account.

⚠️Your access, visible features, and available information depend on your user rights and on how the Admin manages the account based on their needs.

First Steps

1. Accept your email invitation from your organization’s Admin and log in at app.flylog.io.

2. Review Info & Docs for important information, operating guidelines, or shared handbooks from your organization.

3. Check the Schedule to get familiar with the reservation system.

4. Review the Aircraft Fleet to see all aircraft operated by your organization, including hourly rates and airworthiness status.

5. Update your Profile Information, such as your phone number or address. Other details required by your organization (e.g., licenses, medicals, or insurance) can only be updated by an Admin.

Business Account Interface

After logging in, you’ll arrive at the Info & Docs dashboard, which serves as your organization’s notice board and document center — displaying important news, updates, and shared files. This applies to both the mobile and web applications.

From here, you can also access other features such as Schedule, My Flights & Totals, Aircraft Fleet, Contacts, and more.
The way you access these features varies depending on whether you are using the mobile or web app.

Mobile App – All features are accessible from the bottom navigation menu.
To view more options related to your flights, switch to the My Flights tab. Each icon is clickable, and additional features can be accessed through the (…) button.

Web App - features are listed in the left sidebar, with your account and organization menu located in the top-right corner.

Switching Between Accounts

If you are subscribed to FLYLOG.io for Pilots, you can switch to your personal pilot account directly from the organization menu to access your individual logbook and records. For more details about how these two accounts are connected, see the article Sync with Pilot Logbook.

If you belong to more than one organization, you can also use the same menu to switch between them.

On mobile, the menu is available through the bottom navigation menu.

On web, it’s located in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
