Aircraft Fleet
The Fleet section allows Admins to manage all aircraft linked to your organization.
It serves as the central hub for your aircraft fleet — maintaining accurate aircraft data, tracking maintenance schedules, managing documents, and controlling aircraft availability for reservations.
Each aircraft added to your Fleet represents one active unit within your subscription plan.
⚠️ For detailed information about managing each aircraft’s maintenance, documents, and operational data, see Fleet Management.
Adding Aircraft
💡 Tip: For the most complete view of aircraft information and settings, we recommend using the Web App.
Web App:
In the Admin section, scroll down to Fleet.
Click Add new aircraft from the top menu to create a new record.
To edit information for an existing aircraft profile, select the aircraft from the list and open its profile. From the top menu, choose Settings to adjust details.

Mobile App:
Switch to Admin mode by tapping the Admin icon in the bottom menu.
Tap […] and select Fleet, or from the top menu, tap the Fleet icon directly.
To add a new aircraft, tap the plus (+) button.
To edit information for an existing aircraft profile, select it from the list — this will enable the edit mode.

Aircraft Profile
Each aircraft in the fleet has its own profile where Admins can enter, view, and manage all aircraft-related information.
This includes basic details, flight hour totals, required counters, and uploaded documents.
All changes are saved automatically and are reflected across the entire system, including Flights, Maintenance, and Reservations.
Within the aircraft profile, you can:
Aircraft Details: Enter the registration (tail number), aircraft type, and manufacturer
Change Image: Upload or update the aircraft’s photo shown across the platform.
Tags: Add keywords to describe aircraft features (e.g., G1000, Tailwheel, Complex). These tags make it easier to filter and identify aircraft within the Fleet.
Remarks: Add internal notes or additional operational information about the aircraft.
Opening Totals
Define the aircraft’s initial flight hours and landings to establish accurate maintenance tracking.
These totals form the baseline for future maintenance reminders and flight record synchronization.
Counters
Activate the required counters for each aircraft to ensure accurate post-flight data entry.
When a pilot logs a flight, the system will require these values:
HOBBS: Requires the pilot to enter the total HOBBS time after flight.
TACH: Requires the pilot to enter the TACH value after flight.
ENGINE CYCLES: Requires the pilot to enter the number of engine cycles after flight.
Custom Counters
If your operation requires additional tracking, you can create custom counters — for example, for Fuel, Oil, or PRIST. Each custom counter can be configured individually to collect the data relevant to your aircraft type or maintenance procedures.
Files
Upload any important documents related to the aircraft, such as maintenance records, logbook scans, or operating manuals.
Alternatively, you can also upload general reference materials, such as aircraft manuals, to the Document Center for shared access across your organization.

Save on Costs with the Archive Function
If an aircraft is temporarily out of service, you can move it to the Archive to pause billing and keep your subscription cost accurate.
Archiving removes the aircraft from active use while preserving all associated flight, maintenance, and document records.
To archive an aircraft:
Select the aircraft you want to archive from the aircraft list, tap […], and choose Archive aircraft.
The aircraft will be removed from active use but remain visible in your archived records.

Need to reactivate an aircraft?
Simply restore it from the Archive with a single click — all historical data and settings will be instantly available.
To access archived aircraft, tap […] in the aircraft list and select Show archived.
From there, choose the aircraft you want to reactivate.
