First Steps
FLYLOG.io for Business is an operations management platform designed for flight schools, rental operators, and aviation organizations. It is available as a web app and mobile app for iOS and Android.
To ensure proper access and data synchronization, always log in using the same account credentials that were used during account creation.
💡 Tip: The web version is recommended for the initial setup and management, as it provides the complete Admin toolset and a comprehensive overview of organizational data.
First Configuration Steps
To begin managing an organization in the FLYLOG.io for Business platform:
Review Organization Settings (name, logo, currency, and default units).
Add your Aircraft in the Admin -> Fleet section.
Set up rates for services in the Admin -> Fees section (e.g., aircraft rental, instructor fees, or other charges).
Invite members and assign appropriate roles in the Admin -> People section (see Admin Role).
Upload operational documents and policies to Info & Docs section.
