First Steps
FLYLOG.io for Business is an operations management platform designed for flight schools, aircraft rental operators, and other aviation organizations. It provides an effective way to manage your fleet, handle reservations, communicate with customers, analyze financial results, and much more — all in one place.
The platform is available as a web app and mobile app for both iOS and Android. To ensure proper access and data synchronization, always log in using the same credentials you used when creating your account.
💡 Tip: Use the web version for your initial setup and ongoing management. It provides the full Admin toolset and a complete overview of your organization’s data.
First Configuration Steps
To start managing your organization in FLYLOG.io for Business, follow the steps below to ensure a smooth setup. Each step is explained in a dedicated article within the Admin Guide. We also recommend exploring other sections to make sure you don’t miss any available features. The User Guide provides a simple walkthrough for members of your organization.
Review Account Settings — update your organization details, billing information, and default preferences to ensure your account is configured correctly
Create Aircraft Fleet & Set Up Maintenance — go to Admin → Fleet to register all aircraft used within your organization, set up maintenance schedules, and enter other key information.
Set Up Rates — in Admin → Fees, define rates for aircraft rental, instructor services, and other charges.
Create Contact Database — open Admin → People to build your contact database, assign roles, and choose which contacts get access to your Business account.
Create Info Hub — use Info & Docs to share organization updates, upload operational manuals, policies, and other key resources relevant to your customers, suppliers, and crew.
