Payment Balance

If your organization calculates the cost of provided services (e.g., aircraft rental, instructor services, or other operational fees) within their Business Account, you can view the calculated costs and your payment history overview directly in your account.

You can open the Balance section to view a summary of your overall payment history, including all flights and services that have been calculated or invoiced by your organization.

To view the cost breakdown of a specific flight or service, open a record marked as “Landed.”

Where to Find Balance

Mobile App: Your Balance is displayed directly on the main dashboard — tap the Balance icon (💲) to open the detailed overview.

Web App: Your current balance is displayed in the top bar, next to your organization name and user profile. Click it to view detailed payment information.

💡 Note: Billing and invoicing are managed directly by your organization. If you have questions about your balance or specific transactions, please contact your organization’s Admin.
