Billing

FLYLOG.io for Business is available only as a monthly subscription plan. The subscription price is calculated based on the number of aircraft in your fleet. There are no setup fees or hidden costs, and your selected payment method is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

Payment and Invoicing

  • Billing cycle: Monthly, starting from the date of activation.

  • Payment method: Payments are securely processed by Stripe using a credit or debit card.

  • Invoice delivery: After each successful payment, an invoice is automatically generated and available for download in the Admin Panel → Transactions section.

  • Supported currencies: Subscriptions can be paid in EUR (€) or USD ($) depending on your billing region. If your account was created in Europe, billing is processed in EUR (€). Accounts created outside Europe are billed in USD ($). Note: If your payment card is in a different currency, your bank may apply a conversion fee.

Cancelling Subscription

You can cancel your Business Plan at any time from the Admin section. For detailed cancellation steps and information on account deletion, please see the Subscription Help Page.

Re-Activating a Business Account

If your subscription expires, you can reactivate your Business Plan in accordance with the conditions outlined in our Terms & Conditions. Data restoration is only possible if the account has not yet been permanently deleted.

Failed Payments

If a payment attempt fails, your account will be automatically suspended. You will receive an email notification and can update your payment details in the Admin section.
