Admin Role
The Admin role is the highest permission level within a business account.
Admins have full control over company operations, data, and user access. Their responsibilities include maintaining accurate company information, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and managing compliance with authority requirements.
When you create a FLYLOG.io Business Account, you are automatically assigned the Admin role. You can later invite additional Admins to share account management and ensure access continuity.
What Admins Can Do
Admins have full access to all operational and administrative functions within the platform.
Configure company details — update contact information, billing data, and organizational settings.
Manage the aircraft fleet — add, edit, or archive aircraft records within the Fleet section.
Oversee reservations and flight schedules — review all bookings, confirm or reject requests, and manage aircraft availability.
Review, edit, and approve flights — ensure all flight data is accurate before invoicing or reporting.
Manage users and access — invite new users, assign roles, control permissions, and deactivate accounts when necessary.
Handle financial settings — set credit balances, apply discounts, generate invoices, and review payment records.
Define fees and pricing — configure rental, instructor, or landing fees under Fees Settings.
Set privacy and visibility preferences — manage data access for company and customer records.
Access reports and exports — generate compliance, maintenance, and activity reports for internal reviews or authority submissions.
💡 Tip: For full control over all management features, use the Web App — some advanced settings (e.g., invoicing or fee setup) are not available in the Mobile App.
What Admins Cannot Do
Admins cannot access personal Pilot Logbooks or modify individual Pilot subscriptions.
Each pilot’s logbook and subscription are private and managed independently under their own FLYLOG.io account.
