Pilot Syllabus

The Syllabus feature allows organizations to enable structured training tracking for clients undergoing PPL(A) training. It helps instructors monitor student progress and link individual flights to specific training stages, while providing students with a clear overview of their training plan.

The Syllabus can be activated by an Admin in the student’s Contact Profile by enabling the Syllabus option.

Students

Once enabled, a Syllabus tab appears in the student’s account, allowing them to track their progress, view upcoming exercises, and access feedback from their instructor.

Instructors

Instructors can record completed lessons, add remarks, and review each student’s overall progress directly within the system. This is especially useful when multiple instructors conduct training, helping maintain continuity and consistency throughout the course.

💡 Tip: The PPL(A) syllabus is currently available as a basic version, designed to simplify training oversight and documentation. Additional training programs and advanced tracking tools are planned for future updates.
