Account Settings
Account Settings give Admins control over company information, billing details, and operational preferences. From here, you can configure how your Business Account works, adjust settings to match your organization’s needs, and manage what information is visible to users.
Mobile App:
Switch to the Admin section by tapping the Admin icon in the bottom menu.
In the top-right menu, tap […] and scroll down to Settings.
Web App:
In the top-right menu, click [⚙️], or
In the Admin section, scroll down to Settings.
Company Information
Company logo: If you haven’t uploaded your logo during setup, we recommend adding it now. Your logo will appear in the reservation system instead of the default FLYLOG.io logo, providing a more professional experience for your customers.
Base airport: Define your main operating base to align flight and reservation data.
Company and billing details: Review or update your company name, address, and billing information. These details will also be displayed on your company invoices.
Account Preferences
Duration format: Choose between standard (1:30) or decimal (1.5) time format.
Time zone: Set the time zone of your base airport to ensure accurate reservation and duty time displays.
Currency: Define your preferred default currency for reservations and invoicing.
Duty time: Enable or disable the recording of crew duty time.
Preflight checks: Enable or disable inclusion of preflight time in logs.
Privacy: Control whether customer reservation details are visible to other users within your organization.

Note for Multiple Admins
Changes made in Account Settings apply globally to all Admins and Users in your organization.
We recommend coordinating major updates (such as currency, time zone, or privacy changes) with other Admins to maintain consistency across your Business Account.
