Info Hub
The Info and Docs tabs serve as your organization’s digital notice board and document center — visible to every user right after logging in, ensuring that no important message or file is missed.
They are the central place where your organization shares updates, announcements, and essential resources with all users.
💡 Tip: Access to this section is available to all users, while only Admins can create, edit, or remove items.
Info
The Info tab is used to share organization-wide news, updates, and important announcements for pilots, instructors, and other team members.
Each post includes a title, message, and publication date, and is visible to all users immediately after login.
Common uses include:
Sharing operational updates or new procedures
Publishing important contact details
Announcing aircraft availability or maintenance events
To create or edit a post:
Web App:
Open the Info tab in the top menu.
Click the plus (+) button to add a new post.
Enter the title and message text.
Click Save — the post will appear instantly for all users.
Mobile App:
Open the Info tab in the top menu.
Tap the plus (+) button to create a new post.
Enter the title and message text, then tap Save.
💡 If you want the announcement to appear at the top of other posts, enable “Pin a post” when creating it.
Documents
The Docs tab provides quick access to important company files such as manuals, safety procedures, contact lists, or operational forms.
It ensures that every user has the latest version of key resources available in one convenient place.
To upload or manage documents:
Web App:
Open the Docs tab in the top menu.
Click the plus (+) button to create a folder and upload a file.
Add a description and click Save.
Mobile App:
Open the Docs tab in the top menu.
Tap the plus (+) button to upload a new file.
Add a description and tap Save.

💡 Tip: You can also upload aircraft-related manuals directly under each Aircraft Profile in the Fleet section.
