Introduction

FLYLOG.io for Business is an operations management platform designed for flight schools, rental operators, and aviation organizations. It is available as a web app and mobile app for iOS and Android.
To ensure proper access and data synchronization, always log in using the same account credentials that were used during account creation.

💡 Tip: The web version is recommended for the initial setup and management, as it provides the complete Admin toolset and a comprehensive overview of organizational data.

First Configuration Steps

To begin managing an organization in the FLYLOG.io for Business platform:

1. Review Organization Settings (name, logo, currency, and default units).

2. Add aircraft in the Fleet section.

3. Set up rates for services (e.g., aircraft rental, instructor fees, or other charges).

4. Invite members and assign appropriate roles (see Admin Role).

5. Upload operational documents and policies to Info & Docs.
