FLYLOG is free to use for logging up to 20 flights. After logging 20 flights, a paid subscription is required to continue. However, you can import an unlimited number of flights. This allows you to easily transfer your existing flight logs into FLYLOG and explore its features.

  1. Creating Account

The fastest way is to use your Google or Apple account—so you don’t need to remember another password. You can also sign up with your email address if you prefer. Your FLYLOG account works across all platforms (iOS, Android, and web). Simply log in to enjoy the full FLYLOG experience on all your devices.

⚠️ Please note: Always log in with the same method or email address you used when creating your account to ensure access to your data.

  1. Selecting a Subscription Method and Plan

  • Direct Subscription (web): This option ensures the best pricing and is managed directly by FLYLOG.

  • In-App Subscription: Available through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Billing for these subscriptions is handled directly by the respective store, not by FLYLOG.

⚠️ Your active subscription provides full access to FLYLOG across all platforms (iOS, Android, and web). To prevent duplicate charges, please avoid creating a second subscription. For instance, if you purchase a direct subscription, you won't need an in-app subscription to access the mobile app, and the same applies in reverse.

The email address associated with your account and your subscription is displayed in the user section just below your name.

How to change the payment method (direct subscription)

To change the payment card for your direct subscriptions, go to your account section, scroll down to "Payment methods," and add your new card details.

How to change your subscription plan

  • Upgrading your subscription is possible at any time. The new plan will be activated immediately.

  • For an annual subscription, only the difference between the BASIC and PREMIUM plans is charged.

  • For a monthly subscription, the full price is charged.

  • To downgrade to the BASIC plan, you need to cancel your PREMIUM plan and re-subscribe once your current plan expires.

How to cancel your subscription

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your FLYLOG account until the end of your current billing period.

  • We will retain your data for 12 months after cancellation. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

  • Please note: We do not provide refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, or other reasons.

Direct subscription (web subscription)
  1. Navigate to your User Account

  2. Tap the subscription section called “Your Plan” => click on "Manage"

  3. Cancel an existing subscription or change a plan

In-App subscription

Apple App Store (iOS)
To cancel the iOS in-app subscription, navigate to your Apple AppStore -> Subscriptions.
