Admin Overview
The Overview tab provides Admins with a complete summary of operational activity across the organization. Open the Admin section → Overview tab from the left menu.
On a clean, data-driven dashboard, it offers clear insights into how your fleet and resources are being utilized.
💡 Tip: The Overview updates automatically based on logged flights and confirmed reservations, ensuring all displayed data reflects the most current activity.
Accessing the Overview
Web App:
In the left menu, open the Admin section → Overview tab to display the dashboard with your organization’s latest activity.
Mobile App:
The Overview tab is currently available only in the Web App.
Dashboard Overview
By default, the dashboard displays data for the last 28 days.
You can adjust the view using the Add Filter option at the top of the screen to focus on specific time periods or data sets.
The dashboard highlights essential information such as:
New or pending reservations awaiting confirmation
Aircraft utilization and performance indicators
Recent flight activity across your fleet
Airport overview showing where your aircraft most frequently operate
Displayed information may vary depending on your organization’s setup, data structure, and active integrations.
💡 Tip: Most dashboard elements — such as aircraft names, customer profiles, or airports — are clickable, allowing quick access to detailed records.
We also encourage using Tags for advanced analytics and reporting, as tagged data is automatically reflected in your dashboard statistics.
