FLYLOG.io for Business is sold as a monthly subscription priced per aircraft. The number of users is unlimited. There is no setup fee, no minimum term and no long-term contract: you can change the number of aircraft or cancel at any time, and the change applies from the next billing cycle.

Plan and Pricing

• Price: per aircraft per month, in EUR or USD depending on your billing region. Current prices are on the Pricing page.

• Users: unlimited Admins, instructors, members, students and other users.

• Aircraft slots: your plan includes a fixed number of aircraft slots, which you choose when subscribing and can change at any time. Each active aircraft in Admin → Fleet uses one slot; archived aircraft do not. If all slots are used, you need to add a slot to your plan before you can add or reactivate an aircraft, and if you archive an aircraft you can lower the plan to stop paying for that slot (see Adding Aircraft).

• Payment: by card only, charged automatically each month. We do not offer payment by invoice or bank transfer.

Managing Your Plan

Only Admins can manage the subscription. Go to Admin → Invoices → Manage Plan; this takes you to our payment portal, where you can:

• Activate a plan after the trial.

• Add or remove aircraft from your plan. The subscription price does not change automatically when you add or archive aircraft in the Fleet; adjust the plan here.

• Update the payment card and billing details. You are responsible for entering complete and correct company details (legal name, address, VAT ID) when you subscribe; they are printed on our invoices to you. Changes to these details apply from the next invoice; earlier invoices are not reissued.

• Cancel the subscription.

Changes to the number of aircraft take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Cancelling and Closing the Account

Subscriptions cannot be paused. Cancelling your plan means closing your Business account: the account and all its data are permanently deleted 30 days after the subscription ends. If you only want to stop paying for an aircraft you are not using, archive it and lower your plan instead (see Adding Aircraft).

Only the Account Administrator can cancel the subscription. If you are not an Admin, you see Leave Company instead, which removes only your own access and does not affect the organization.

When you cancel:

• The subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle.

• The Business account then becomes inactive and nobody can log in.

• Your data is kept for 30 days. During this time you can reactivate the account by activating a plan again.

• After 30 days, the Business account and all its data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. To use FLYLOG.io for Business again, you would need to start a new account from scratch.

Before you cancel: make sure no reservations, flights or maintenance tasks are planned beyond the expiry date, inform your members and team, and export the records, logs and documents you may need later (see Aircraft Logbook Exports).
