FLYLOG.io for Business is available as a web application and as mobile apps for iOS and Android. You can create your Business account from any of them; the setup itself is easiest in the web app.

Starting with the Free Trial

The free trial lets you set up your organization completely and use every feature: unlimited aircraft and users, and up to 50 flight records. No card is needed. The trial is valid for 12 months; if you do not activate a paid plan within that time, the trial account and its data are deleted in line with our Terms of Use. You can activate a plan at any point during the trial, and everything you set up stays.

Creating a Business Account

1. Sign up or log in with your personal FLYLOG.io account. If you do not have one yet, create it first; it also gives you a free personal pilot logbook.

2. Open the organization switcher in the top right corner and choose Create Business account.

3. Enter your organization's name and base airport and confirm. You become the first Admin of the organization.

Activating a Paid Plan

When you are ready, go to Admin → Invoices → Manage Plan, choose the number of aircraft and enter your payment details. Your data, settings and users are unchanged; only the 50-flight limit is removed. See Subscription and Billing for prices, payment methods and cancellation.

💡 Tip: Set up your fleet, fees and people during the trial so that the first real flights already produce correct logs and invoices.
