Adding Aircraft

The Fleet section is where Admins manage the aircraft of the organization: aircraft details, opening totals, counters, documents and availability for reservations. Each active aircraft takes one slot in your subscription.

šŸ’” Use the web app for the complete set of aircraft settings. Maintenance, licences and issue reports for each aircraft are described in the Maintenance & Airworthiness article.

Adding an Aircraft

Web app: go to Admin → Fleet and click Add aircraft. To edit an existing aircraft, open it and choose Settings from the […] menu.
Mobile app: tap the Admin icon, then the Fleet icon in the top menu, then +. Tap an aircraft to edit it.

Aircraft Profile

Click an aircraft in the Fleet list to open its profile. The Overview tab shows the key numbers (rate per hour, total flight time, landings, counters), a yearly summary, the last flight, planned maintenance with remaining hours or days, and reported issues. The other tabs are Flights, Safety (issue reports), Licences, Counters, Maintenance, Export and Settings. Maintenance, licences and issue reports are described in the Maintenance & Airworthiness article.

Aircraft Settings

Open the Settings tab of the aircraft profile to edit:

  • Details: registration, type and manufacturer.

  • Image: a photo shown across the platform, in the schedule and in reservations.

  • Labels: keywords such as G1000, Tailwheel or Complex for filtering.

  • Remarks: internal notes about the aircraft.

  • Opening totals: total flight hours and landings at the moment you add the aircraft. All later flights build on these, so maintenance reminders and logbook exports are correct from day one.

  • Counters: switch on the counters pilots must enter after every flight: HOBBS, TACH and Engine cycles. You can also create custom counters, for example Fuel, Oil or Prist, for anything your maintenance needs.

  • Files: documents attached to the aircraft, such as manuals or logbook scans. Shared manuals can also go to Info & Docs.

Save on Costs with the Archive Function

If an aircraft is temporarily out of service, you can move it to the Archive. Archiving removes the aircraft from active use and frees a slot in your subscription, while all flight, maintenance and document records are kept.

Your subscription price does not change automatically. To pay for fewer aircraft, lower your plan in Admin → Invoices → Manage Plan before the next billing cycle. See the Subscription article for details.

To archive an aircraft: select the aircraft in the list, tap […] and choose Put to archive. The aircraft is removed from active use but stays visible in your archived records.

Need to reactivate an aircraft? Restore it from the Archive with one click; all historical data and settings are available again. To see archived aircraft, tap […] in the aircraft list and select Show archived, then choose the aircraft you want to reactivate.

If your plan no longer has a free slot, first add an aircraft to your plan in Admin → Invoices → Manage Plan, then reactivate the aircraft.
