Aircraft Logbook Exports
Every flight recorded in FLYLOG.io feeds the aircraft's logs. When your CAMO, maintenance organisation, insurer or authority asks for records, you export them in a few clicks instead of copying data from paper or spreadsheets.
š” Exports are available to Admins and Viewers (for example your CAMO with read-only access).
Where to Export
Exports are available in the web app only.
Admin ā Export: the main place for exports. Choose the aircraft, the period and the document type, and download the file.
Aircraft level: open an aircraft in Admin ā Fleet and use its Export tab to export the logs of that aircraft only.
Available Documents
Journey log (ICAO Annex 6): all flights of the aircraft with dates, routes, times, crew and remarks.
Aircraft technical log (EASA MLR.110): flights with counter readings, defects and maintenance releases.
Technical log one-pager: a compact single-page version for quick reference.
CSV: raw flight data for your own spreadsheets or accounting.
Documents are generated as PDF (or CSV) and can be downloaded, printed or sent by email.
Other Exports
Maintenance history and reported issues can be exported from the aircraft's Maintenance and Safety tabs.
š” Tip: Export the journey log at the end of every month and store it with your records; it takes a minute and gives you an audit-ready archive.
