App Settings
Customize your app settings in this section to ensure your flight logs meet the requirements of aviation authorities and to unlock other helpful features that enhance your experience.
Mobile App: Tap your profile picture (top left) or the Account icon (bottom menu).
Web App: Click your profile picture (bottom left).
Customization Options:
Application Language: Select your desired application language from the available options.
Aviation Authority: Select your primary aviation authority. This may influence certain logbook requirements and settings.
Currency: Set your preferred default currency.
Colour Scheme: Customize the visual appearance of your application.
Online CV: Enable this feature to generate a shareable online curriculum vitae (CV) of your flight experience. You can also copy link to easily share it.
⚠️ If you wish to keep your profile private, turn off the “Online CV” in the settings.
Duration Format: Select between standard or decimal format (1:30 vs 1.5).
Timezone: Choose your preferred timezone for displaying flight times: UTC (Coordinated Universal Time): A standard time reference used in aviation. Local timezone: The timezone of your current location or the location of the flight event.
Lock Flight Records: Enable this security feature to prevent any future alterations to your past flight records. This ensures the integrity and compliance of your logbook with aviation authorities.
⚠️ Once enabled, this feature cannot be disabled. For details, refer to the Export & Compliance section of the user manual.
Takeoffs: Enable this option to track the number of takeoffs in addition to landings. Needed only for FAA, or TCA logbooks.
Duty Time (for airline pilots): Enable this option to track your duty time, which is relevant for airline pilots.
Airborne Time: In addition to Block Time you can track also your airborne time (can be handy to track your rental fees).
Custom Data Fields: Enables you to track information based on your needs, such as fuel consumption, passenger counts, and more. For details, refer to the Custom Fields section of the user manual.
