Billing cycle
You’ll be charged at the start of each billing period (monthly or annually). To check your transactions, or download your invoices navigate to your Account -> Transactions.
⚠️ If payment is not successfully settled due to card expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we suspend your account. To resume access to your account, you must activate your subscription again.
Where you can find invoices?
To download your invoice, navigate to your user section. All invoices are available in the “Transactions section”: https://app.flylog.io/user/transactions.
How to make changes in the billing details
If you need to change any of the information that appears on your bill, you can do so in the “Personal Details” section: https://app.flylog.io/user/personal. If applicable, please add your VAT number when you create your account. Please note that any changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.
How to download an invoice?
To view your invoice, click on the printer icon. The invoice will open in a new tab or window, and you will then be able to download it as a PDF file or print it out.
