Flight Record
Logging your flights with our app is designed to be a smooth and effortless experience, thanks to its intuitive and straightforward interface.
Create a new flight record in several easy ways:
Tap "Add flight" to enter details manually.
Upload from your airline scheduling system (check our separate guide for instruction).
Record directly using the FLYLOG mobile app.
⚠️ Note: Always consult your national aviation authority or flight school for local rules and interpretations, especially when converting or validating licenses.

Enter Flight Data
Enter date, location and block time
Select aircraft or simulator
Night time is automatically calculated
Digital signature - have your flight log signed by your instructor directly on your phone or tablet screen. Check our separate guide for instructions.
Setup fee - record your expenses, such as airport fees, fuel, hotel, taxi, etc.
Passengers - add passengers from your contact list.
Upload images or documents such as your GPX or KML track, invoices, etc.
⚠️ You can edit any values by using "Adjust values" function. Check our separate guide for instructions.

Logging Duty Time
Total time a flight crew member is on duty, from the time of reporting to the time of release.
Note: This is not typically logged in a pilot's flight logbook but is important for duty/rest regulations and fatigue management.
Enable “Duty Time” function in the user settings (see image below)
Log the duty time directly when creating the flight record
Alternatively, when logging “Duty Time” only, hit the plus button and select “Duty”
