Subscription

Free Trial

The Company Free Trial Plan is limited to 50 entries. No credit card is required. Once you have reached the maximum number of TRIAL entries, you will only be able to continue with an active subscription.

Activation & Billing Cycle

To activate your subscription, you need to enter a valid payment method in the account settings. We accept all major credit cards. Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each billing period (monthly). The price is based on the number of aircraft in your fleet and we do not charge any setup fees.

Subscription in web app

  1. Navigate to your Account by clicking your profile picture in the bottom-left corner.
  2. Scroll down to the FLYLOG FOR COMPANY section and enter your credit card information.

Invoices

Invoices will not be automatically sent to your e-mail address. To check your transactions, or download your invoices navigate to your Account -> Transactions.

If payment is not successfully settled due to card expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we suspend your account. To resume access to your account, you must activate your subscription again.

Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your membership at any time. Following cancellation, you will retain access to the FLYLOG service until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, or other reasons.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to your Account by clicking your profile picture in the bottom-left corner.
  2. Scroll down to the subscription section called “FLYLOG FOR COMPANY”
  3. Remove your payment method and leave company.
