Importing Flights from the ADS-B

With the latest update, pilots can easily import flight tracks from the ADS-B network to their logbook, ensuring accurate route information without manual entry. This release also includes improvements to the Pilot Totals Report and extended licence support for the Saudi Arabian Aviation Authority (GACA).

Simplify your manual flight logging with the import from ADS-B Network.

How it works (available in both the Mobile and Web App):
When adding a new flight, tap the radar icon in the logging form. Enter the date and aircraft registration, then tap Search. Select your flight from the results and, before saving, review the imported details and adjust them if necessary.

💡 Tip: The ADS-B import works complementary to the existing possibility to download the ADS-B route for your logged flights, allowing you to both log your flight automatically and display its visual route for complete accuracy.

Improved Pilot Totals Report

We’ve updated the Pilot Totals Report to give pilots a clearer and more structured overview of their total flight experience. The new layout summarize all key data, including flight hours by function and category, takeoffs and landings, and any tagged activities, all in a clean, printable format.

Extended Licence Authorities: GACA (Saudi Arabia)

We’ve expanded the Licences section to include support for Saudi Arabian Aviation Authority (GACA). This update allows pilots operating under GACA regulations to record and track their licences, skill ratings, and validity periods directly in FLYLOG.io, alongside other supported authorities.

Open the Licences section in your account -> Add new licence -> select GACA from the authority list.
