Improved Logging Form, New Export & FL3XX Import Option

We’re closing the year with a few fresh updates. The newest release introduces a cleaner, more flexible flight logging form with new optional fields, enhanced support for key Asian regions, an efficient import option for the FL3XX scheduling system, and an improved referral program.

New Aviation Authorities Added - CAAC and JCAB

To better support our customers in Asia, we’ve added support for  two new aviation authorities:

• CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China)

• JCAB (Japan Civil Aviation Bureau)

You can now generate fully compliant, authority-ready reports for both with a single click, using the same reliable and advanced formatting tools available across all export types.

Cleaner, More Customizable Logging Form

The flight form has been redesigned with a clearer layout and greater flexibility, helping you log flights faster while capturing exactly the details you need. Your most recent departure, arrival, and aircraft are pre-filled automatically for quick entry.

The Options tab lets you add more detail to any flight and provides quick access to ADS-B flight import. You can include:

• Flight number

• Additional Airports

• Personal remarks

• Labels(TAG’s) – classify flights by aircraft, weather, training purpose, or other criteria

• Custom fields – track fuel consumption, number of passengers, or other operational data important to you

💡 Tip: Additional permanent fields (takeoffs, duty time, flight time, etc.) can be enabled in Settings → Optional Fields.

FL3XX Import Support

If your operator uses the FL3XX scheduling system, you can now import your flight export data easily using our scheduling system import feature Import → Import for Airline Pilots.

How it works: Export your Crew Logging Report from FL3XX and upload it directly to FLYLOG.io. Your flight entries will be mapped automatically, significantly reducing manual data edits and keeping your logbook aligned with company records.

Updated Referral Program

We’ve refreshed the referral program and introduced a higher-value reward for both new and existing users.

When you invite a fellow pilot to join FLYLOG.io, you’ll both receive €20 / $20 credit once they activate their subscription.

How it works:

• Your reward is applied automatically to future invoices, reducing your ongoing subscription costs.

• Your friend’s reward can be used only on their first purchase, so we recommend choosing an annual plan to receive the full referral benefit.

Referral codes can be shared without limits and are valid for DIRECT subscriptions, making it easy to support other pilots and benefit at the same time.
