Account Settings

Account settings give you control over your company details and billing information. In this section, you can also customize your account to suit your needs and ensure user privacy.

• Mobile App: In admin mode, tap the [...] menu (upper right) and select "Settings" (⚙️).

• Web App: Select "Settings" from the top menu.

Company Information:

• Upload your company's logo -if you didn't do this when you created your account, we recommend doing it now. This way, your customers will see your logo when they log into your reservation system instead of the default "FLYLOG" one.

• Fill in your base airport

• Add company details and billing information

Account Settings:

• Duration Format: Select between standard or decimal format (e.g., 1:30 vs. 1.5).

• Time Zone: We recommend setting the time zone of your base airport to ensure proper display of reservation time slots.

• Currency: Set your preferred default currency.

• Duty Time: Enable or disable the recording of duty time.

• Preflight: Enable or disable the recording of preflight checks.

• Privacy: Decide if you want to share customer reservation details with other users.
