Billing details
If you need to change any of the information that appears on your bill, you can do so in the settings section of the account. Please note that any changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.
Billing cycle
You’ll be charged at the start of each billing period. To check your transactions, or download your invoices navigate to your Account -> Transactions.
⚠️ If payment is not successfully settled due to card expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we suspend your account. To resume access to your account, you must activate your subscription again.
Invoice
We do not automatically send invoices. To download your invoice, navigate to your user section. All invoices are available in the “Transactions” section of the admin user section. To view your invoice, click on the printer icon. The invoice will open in a new tab or window, and you will then be able to download it as a PDF file or print it out.
