Every new account includes a free trial so you can explore FLYLOG.io and see how it fits your needs before subscribing. No credit card is required.
The trial stays active until you reach the trial limits or for up to 12 months from the date your account was created, whichever comes first. After that, a subscription is required to continue using your account.
💡 During the trial you can delete your data and import it again as often as you like. This lets you test different migration methods and check your records before you subscribe.

Recommended Trial Approach
Step 1: Set up your account. Configure your aviation authority, role, licences and other preferences so the logbook matches your operational and regulatory requirements.
Step 2: Add a few flights. Create several flights manually to see how logging works, which fields are available and how your data is structured. Also try the ADS-B and ACARS flight import to see how quickly flights can be added with minimal typing.
Step 3: Import your existing records. Once you know the basics, bring your history into FLYLOG.io.
Paper logbook: start with the Paper Logbook Scanner. Upload photos or scans of your pages and FLYLOG.io converts them into digital flight records. This is usually the fastest way to transfer historical data.
Digital records: import from airline and crew management systems, transfer from another eLogbook, or upload bulk flight data as CSV, Excel or TXT.
💡 The import engine reads CSV, Excel and TXT files. Check the required format for each source; it is shown on the import screen after you select the source.

Trial Duration and What Comes Next
The free trial lasts up to 12 months from the date your account is created. If you do not activate a paid subscription within this period, your account and all its data are permanently deleted in accordance with our Terms of Use.
