⚠️ Before you delete: deleting your FLYLOG.io account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first: a direct subscription in your User Profile, an in-app subscription in the Apple App Store or Google Play. Otherwise you may continue to be charged. Unused subscription time is not refunded. See In-App vs Direct Subscription.
Also export your logbook before you delete; there is no way to get the data back afterwards.
How to Delete Your Account
Go to your User Profile.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click Permanently delete your account.
Confirm in the pop-up window.
You receive a confirmation email once the account has been deleted.
What Happens to Your Data
Deletion is permanent and should be treated as irreversible. Your data is removed from our active systems immediately. For up to 14 days, limited recovery may still be technically possible from system backups, but this is not guaranteed; after 14 days the data is permanently deleted from all systems and backups.
