As a student pilot you use the app to book training flights, follow your progress and keep your records in order. Your Admin gives you the Student role; it works like a regular member's account plus your training syllabus. Everything you fly with your school is logged, signed by your instructor and available to you at any time.

Booking a Training Flight

Create a reservation in the Schedule or with + in Personal, choose the aircraft and your instructor, and add a remark about what you want to practise. Your instructor or the school confirms the booking; you receive an email. See Booking Aircraft.

Your Syllabus

The syllabus is an optional feature; not every school uses it. If your school has enabled it for you, you find it in Personal → Syllabus. It shows your training plan stage by stage: which exercises are done, what comes next, and your instructor's remarks after each lesson. Check it before every flight so you know what to prepare. If the Syllabus tab is missing, your school tracks training another way; ask your instructor.

After the Flight

Enter the post-flight details as soon as you land (times, landings, counters, fuel, remarks) and mark the flight Landed. Your instructor then signs the flight and updates your syllabus if your school uses it. The cost of the flight is calculated by the school and deducted from your balance; see Payment Balance.

Your Records

• Personal → Flights: all your training flights with times and instructor.

• Personal → Totals: your hours, PIC and dual time and landings, useful for your licence application.

• Documents: your school keeps your licences, medical and training documents in your profile; ask your Admin if something needs updating.

💡 Tip: If you also use FLYLOG.io for Pilots, copy each landed flight to your personal logbook with one tap; see Copy Flights to Your Pilot Logbook.
