Yes. FLYLOG.io works fully offline for logging — you can add and edit flights with no connection at all, at the gate, in the cruise or at a remote strip. Entries are stored on your device and sync across your iOS, Android, macOS, Windows and web devices as soon as you reconnect. Features that pull live data need a connection: airline roster imports, ADS-B and ACARS downloads, and NOTAM, METAR and AUP information.

Can recruiters see my flight hours on FLYLOG.io?

Only if you choose to share them. Your FLYLOG.io pilot profile can be public, so recruiters browsing the pilot network can see your experience and hours, or private, so you can browse airline vacancies and use the network without being visible. You can change the setting at any time.

Question 10

Which airline crew systems can FLYLOG.io import from?

Accepted Answer

FLYLOG.io reads roster and flight reports from more than 150 airline and crew scheduling systems, including AIMS eCrew, NetLine, CAE FLiCA, NAVBLUE and LEON, as well as custom airline formats. Depending on the system you either upload an exported roster file or import directly. Block times, routes and aircraft are filled in for you, and you review the flights before they are added to your logbook.

Question 11

What happens to my flight records if I stop my FLYLOG.io subscription?

Accepted Answer

Your records stay stored for 12 months after your subscription expires, and you can sign in and export your complete logbook to CSV at any time during that period. Logging and viewing flights require an active subscription — reactivate whenever you like and continue where you left off. Accounts still inactive after 12 months are deleted, with advance notice by email.
