Edit Multiple Flights lets you change many flight records at once instead of opening them one by one. It is most useful after an import: fixing the role on hundreds of flights, converting airport codes to ICAO, recalculating night time, or adding a label to a whole period. Available in the web app and the mobile app.
⚠️ Batch actions change every selected flight and cannot be undone in one step. Make a backup first (see Data Backup) and check the selection before you run an action.
Web App
Go to Flights in the left menu.
Click […] in the top right corner and select Edit multiple flights.
Select the flights: Select all, or apply filters and tick the ones you want.
Click Select batch operation and choose the action.
Confirm. The change is applied to all selected flights.

Mobile App
Open the app and tap […] in the top corner of the main screen.
Select Edit multiple flights from the menu.
Choose all flights, or use filters to narrow the selection.
Tap Select action, choose the operation and confirm.
